Ownership
Please DO NOT claim my work as your own. Proper credit must be given whenever the MV is published (e.g., "Video by: Vermii (@vermillionamvs)"). Requests to remove the credit, or publishing the work without proper attribution, will incur an additional fee.
Commercial Fee
Projects intended for commercial use, including monetized music videos, original songs, promotional content, or other revenue generating works, are subject to an additional commercial licensing fee of 100% of the original project price.
Right to Decline Commissions
I reserve the right to decline any commission request, particularly if the project falls outside my area of expertise, exceeds my current capabilities, or if the proposed terms do not align with my workflow and working conditions.
Revisions
Minor revisions are unlimited when correcting mistakes on my end, such as typos or small errors. Any revision requests that deviate from the originally agreed upon concept or scope of the project will incur an additional revision fee.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are not available once work on the project has commenced. In the event of a cancellation after progress has been made, any payments already made will be non refundable and forfeited.
File Retention
For projects that remain inactive due to a lack of communication from the client for more than six (6) months, I cannot guarantee the retention of project files, assets, backups, or working data. If the project resumes after this period and files are no longer available, recreating assets or rebuilding portions of the project may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Assets and Material
All assets and materials MUST be prepared and delivered before production begins (e.g., music, illustrations, logos, and other required resources).
Resolution and Framerate
All projects are produced in 1920 x 1080 resolution at 24 FPS by default. Higher resolution exports of up to 4K are available upon request, provided the request is made at the beginning of the project.
Down Payment
A down payment of at least 50% of the total project price is required before the project can begin.
References and Ideas
If you have specific references or ideas for the MV, you must provide CLAER GUIDELINES or a STORYBOARD before production begins. Otherwise, the creative direction and visual interpretation of the project will be left to my artistic discretion.
