Quality
Make sure the quality meets the standard expected by the client. They are paying a significant amount for a reason, MV project valued at more than $250 is expected to reflect that level of investment and quality, The project should not rely solely on basic text presets (e.g., Text Evo). Please put more effort into the typography by exploring different typographic designs, layouts, animations, and treatments to create greater visual variety and make the overall visuals feel more refined, intentional, and professional.
Deliverables
Respect the agreed deadline. Payment deductions will apply if the deadline is exceeded. If the deadline is exceeded by 1 full day, a 5% deduction will be applied to the remaining payment. The deduction will increase by 5% for each additional day the deadline is exceeded, up to a maximum of 20 days.
Cancelations
If the editor is unable to complete and deliver the project within a maximum of 20 days after the agreed deadline, the project may be considered for cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to exceeding the 20-day grace period, no payment will be made for the progress completed up to that point, as the accumulated late-payment deductions would exceed 100% of the agreed project fee.
Agreement
For larger projects, particularly projects involving companies, agencies, or high-value individual clients, a formal project agreement must be signed through DocuSign before work begins.
The agreement will clearly outline all important terms and conditions, including project scope, deadlines, payment terms, revisions, deliverables, cancellation policies, and other relevant obligations. This ensures that the parties understand and agree to the terms and provides a legally enforceable record of the agreement, subject to applicable law.
